I will get abs! I won't stop at anything for the results I want. ARRGHH!!
Today I started out small with a 30 min cardio workout.
I'm also focusing on my diet and trying to eat small meals that have a high protein content.
Today I had Greek yogurt, salad and a granola bar.
The biggest challenge I have is that I am cutting out beer.
I weigh 135 today, and my goal weight is 115.
